The regular season dust has settled, and the postseason is coming to a close across the Northern Illinois Men’s Baseball League! Division titles and championship hardware are on the line as we roll into this weekend's matchups.

 

Here is everything you need to know about where and when our teams are taking the field:

 

21+ Division: Championship Weekend

The postseason road to the title reaches its peak with high-stakes action this Sunday:

• Matchup: #2 Bombers vs. #1 A's (Doubleheader)

• Date & Location: Sunday, Sept 27 @ Emricson Park (Woodstock) | 10:00 AM Start

• What’s at Stake: The winner of this 3-game series takes home the trophy!

35+ Division: Championship Series Tied 1-1

It all comes down to the top two seeds battling for ultimate bragging rights:

• Matchup: #2 Bandits vs. #1 Athletics (Game 3)

• Date & Location: Sunday, Sept 27 @ Marengo | 10:00 AM Start

• What’s at Stake: Winner-take-all! Two teams enter, one leaves with the 2026 35+ Division Crown.

48+ Division: Postseason Concluded

A unique chain of events led to an inconclusive Championship series, resulting in a split honors outcome for the 48s:

• NIMBL Champion: #4 Flyers

• Fab 50 Winner: #2 Thunder

58+ Division: Championship Series Underway

The action in our 58+ wood-bat division continues with the Bats leading the series 1-0:

• Matchup: #3 Bats vs. #5 Lightning

• Date & Location: Sunday, Sept 27 @ Behm Park (Grayslake) | 9:30 AM Start

• What’s at Stake: Bragging rights and the title for Season 2 of the 58+ Division!
